Orders + Shipping

Where is the store based?

All artwork is created by Jasmine May in her home studio, and every order is personally fulfilled and packaged by the artist. Every order ships from Leander, TX, USA.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?

We do not accept international orders, and right now we are only shipping within in the United States, so sorry for the inconvenience. If you are outside of the U.S., and would like to purchase from May's Art Studio, please send us an email about it. If there is enough demand for it, we will consider expanding. 

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

If you are located within the U.S., you may have to pay Sales Tax at the time of purchase, depending on which state you live in.

How do you determine shipping charges?

We ship through USPS or UPS for all items, depending on what the buyer chooses. Please be aware that all artwork is shipped flat and might not fit in your mailbox.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of the package, and the destination. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to ship your order to you within 1-3 days of when you placed the order. The maximum amount of time you'd have to wait on your order to be shipped will be a week from when you placed it. Again, all orders are personally fulfilled, packaged, and shipped by the artist, so please allow for some wiggle-room when it comes to receiving your order. Everything is packaged and shipped with love and care!

We're working as fast as we can to get the shipments out, and we appreciate your patience! 

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on where you live and the efficiency of your local postal service.
